"The New Year's Clean-Up" is the first half of the 2nd episode of Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat.

Plot[]

When cleaning the palace for the New Years Celebration, it is discovered that rats are in the palace. The Magistrate sends his cats to look for them. Sagwa finds the rat, but he tricks her into letting him steal food.
